If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept any return within 30 days, provided the item is in new or like new condition (see guidelines). We will only issue a refund or send replacement as needed once the item has been received in our warehouse. You will receive a credit for your purchase only if it meets the criteria below.

Guidelines to our return policy:

*All items must be returned in their original packaging along with all accessories, parts, and instructions manuals that were shipped with your original order. Our 30-day return policy starts from the day your product is received. We need to have the return package postmarked within 30 days of the date that your item was delivered (regardless of what date the product was first used).
*Your original packing slip is required for refunds.
*Any product that is returned with the promotional item(s) included with the original transaction will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount.
*Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable

Complete the Return Form attached to the invoice or gift receipt that accompanied your purchase. In the appropriate box on the Return Form, indicate the reason for the return and the action to be taken, such as replacement or merchandise credit. Enclose Return Form in your box with your merchandise.

If you do not have your original invoice, packing slip or gift receipt please be sure to include the following information with your return:

1) Your name, address, phone number, order number, e-mail address
2) A detailed explanation regarding your reason for returning the item(s)
3) Information about whether you would like a refund or a replacement
