What does a basic Rack and Roll unit comes with? The Rack and Roll comes with a Reversible Front Panel. One side is a decorative brushed aluminum and the other side is a dry-erase board. Also included is a corrugated panel which should be inserted behind the front panel to give it more support. The Rack and Roll also comes with over the door hooks and mollies and screws for wall hanging.
What is Rack and Roll made of? The Rack and Roll parts are made up of either high impact styrene or polypropylene. The front decorative panel is a laminated brushed aluminum mylar.
Will Rack and Roll fit in my closet? Rack and Roll is so compact it will fit into most small closets.
Can I get the Rack and Roll Assembled? Yes, for a $10.00 charge we can send you your Rack and Roll assembled. We are currently working to add this option on our site. In the meantime, you must call us at 1-877-ROLL999 (1-877-765-5999) to order the unit with the assembly option.
Is there an extra Shipping charge to have the Rack and Roll sent assembled? No.
What tools will I need to assemble my Rack and Roll? None. Everything you need to put your Rack and Roll together and hang it in your desired location is included. The Rack and Roll is put together using easy snap together assembly.
Won't the Rack and Roll pull away from the wall if I only attach it from the top? No because we have included two pieces of semi-permanent double sided adhesive which should be peeled and used to adhere the bottom of the unit to the wall. The adhesive is semi permanent so if you choose to change the location of your Rack and Roll you will not damage your wall.
If I hang my Rack and Roll on a door how can I reach the top to load it with paper towels? The Rack and Roll easily loads from the top or bottom.
